Refund policy

Solarapanel.com wants to ensure your system runs perfectly.

• 30-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Installed solar panels or chargers that have been mounted or wired are not eligible for return unless a defect is confirmed by the manufacturer.

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover the specialized handling of solar equipment.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For freight items, we can assist in booking the shipment at the customer's expense.

• Refunds: Once inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
